How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs vary depending on item size and/or weight, sales orders over £800 in value come with free delivery for customers on mainland UK only.

I’ve received damaged/incorrect goods, what steps should I take?

In the unlikely event that you receive faulty, damaged, or incorrect goods please contact our team on 01691 659226 with 48 hrs of delivery. 

Can I update/change my order?

Changes required to your order can be made up to the point of dispatch. To do so please contact your Area Sales Manager or our office on 01691 659226/ infouk@jfcagri.com

What payment options do you accept?

We currently offer the following payment options.

1. You can charge to your JFC Account.

2. You can pay by Debit/Credit Card.

3. Alternatively you can use PayPal.

Do I need to be registered to buy?

Yes, only registered trade customers can purchase products on jfcagri.com. Please contact us on 01691 659226 and we can provide information regarding your local JFC Stockist. Trade customer interested in listing the JFC Agri range can apply for a trade account by contact 01691 659226 / infouk@jfcagri.com

How do I know if my order has been received?

Once the order stage is complete you will receive an order confirmation email, our team will review the order and update you should there be any abnormalities.
